Co-Founder, CTO

Michael Glaros

Michael Glaros, Founder of Artemis Industries, is a recognized leader in information security, enterprise blockchain, and AI solutions. Known for his innovative approach and collaborative style, Michael has been instrumental in developing strategies that enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency, driving significant advancements in his field.

At Microsoft for a decade, Michael served as Principal Program Manager with the Microsoft Cloud Industry AI team. He initiated a customer success program that fostered generative AI solution incubations for over 300 enterprise customers, ISVs, and SI partners, with 50+ launching as commercial products on the Azure Marketplace.

Prior to Microsoft, Michael was the Senior Director of Information Security at Outerwall (Coinstar and Redbox), overseeing the PCI Tier 1 merchant certification program for over 60,000 kiosks. Outerwall supported Michael’s volunteer efforts as a Security and Operational Risk Management Subject Matter Expert for Bankers Without Borders, where he conducted risk assessments and provided strategic recommendations for microfinance institutions in Peru to enhance their security and business continuity. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, he served as Executive Director of Information Security, leading the studio to achieve Hollywood's first ISO 27001 information security certification.
